Project 52 – June
So, it’s high time I blogged the rest of this project having completed it just last week – yes that is right, I actually completed it! If you’ve just joined me on this personal project journey, you can find January, February, March, April and May on the blog also. I’m participating in this Project 52 with a bunch of talented women from all over the world, and I am loving seeing their images and the different takes on the weekly theme. Without more babble, here are my images for June.
Week 23 – Self Portrait
This is me. I’m the only one wearing a scarf in my self portraits, it’s summer almost everywhere else right now. If you’ve ever wanted to know, this is me. I’m enjoying a day out in the bush with my family and I snapped this quickly. I couldn’t quite bring myself to stare at the camera though.
Week 24 – Glass
The shape of this break intrigued me. It’s in an old abandoned building on the way out of town. It’s creepy but at the same time I think it’s history is so interesting, I wonder about it every time I drive past.
Week 25 – Sparkle
I just loved the way the light hit this cabinet when I was out visiting relatives. It really gave me a sparkle. I had so many visions of glittery things, that I wasn’t at all expecting to take this shot. Sometimes the best shots for this project have just simmered away, and then happened, as if out of the blue.
Week 26 – Dance
