The Woolfe Kids – Photographer Bathurst

Time to share this gorgeous pair. I think that these two first came to me way back before I had even opened my business officially, I believe their Mum took a punt on me and received some of the first “session” style photos I ever took. She then followed me along on my journey and got updated photos with the family, then some more of just the kids. In 2016, we took family photos again and they are some of my favourite images because of how the family unit was, and how they let me into their lives to show them what their love and connection looked like.

Fast forward to now, once I was “officially” back, Tracey booked me in for some updated photos of her little people – who are now not so little. There’s a joy in coming back to photograph the same kids over and over. Not only do they grow, but they know me. In minutes we were back to having fun, doing silly things and getting great images. The style of the image for this session has changed a bit to show the change in the kids. They’re older, wiser and their sibling relationship has changed over time. It’s actually a beautiful thing to witness.

I’m grateful for the constant support of this family through my business, they’re part of a special group who have been with me from the start and trust me wholeheartedly with the vision for the session. Their homes have my images in them, in so many different forms from prints, to canavas and albums. That’s a truly special thing, and without sounding ridiculously corny – that often blows my mind that the images are loved so much. It is really special. I’m glad I have been able to grow, just as the kids have – and it’s through their continued support.
